THERE IS NOTHING ELSE LIKE IT
It's true: Pantofola d’Oro is a unique and inimitable shoe, crafted according to the oldest traditions of artisanal shoemaking. It is the product of centuries of experience and expertise passed down by the master shoemakers of Ascoli Piceno.
Pick up almost any modern shoe, then feel a Pantofola d’Oro football boot. The difference is unmistakable. It is like night and day.

EVERY PANTOFOLA D’ORO IS MADE USING THE FINEST LEATHERS, THEN ASSEMBLED AND STITCHED ENTIRELY BY HAND.
Now take a closer look at a pair of Pantofola d’Oro shoes, one left and one right. The subtle differences between two shoes of the same model are not imperfections, but another defining feature of this inimitable craftsmanship.

MADE IN ITALY IS A SERIOUS MATTER
The phrase “Made in Italy” is used so often, and sometimes so loosely, that it risks becoming a cliché. But when an object, an accessory or a piece of equipment is genuinely and entirely made in Italy, its quality is immediately apparent.
The same is true of Pantofola d’Oro. Our shoes are made entirely in Italy using only genuine Italian leather. Every other component, including the soles, is also sourced from Italy, while every stage of production takes place here: cutting, stitching the uppers, assembly and final inspection. Only the people who wear them might be Brazilian, German, English, Welsh, Argentinian, Russian, Dutch or Spanish...
YES, PANTOFOLA D’ORO IS AN EXPRESSION OF MADE IN ITALY IN ITS MOST AUTHENTIC FORM.
There is another reason every Pantofola d’Oro is made in Italy: each shoe demands an exceptional level of manual skill, and Italian shoemaking is a tradition that has been refined over centuries.
Every shoe undergoes a long and meticulous production process. The objective of our workshops is quality, not speed. Three-quarters of the way through production, every shoe is left to rest for an entire night before it is completed.
YES, AN ENTIRE NIGHT. This allows the shoe to conform perfectly to the last and gives the materials time to settle, helping it retain its shape and structural integrity for years to come.

OUR STRENGTH LIES IN QUALITY
The quality of our craftsmanship is beyond compromise. It is first an objective, then a result. Always.
Quality is evident throughout every stage of production. Seventy-two individual processes go into creating a pair of Pantofola d’Oro shoes. From the leather sole to the softness of the close-fitting upper, achieved through careful shaping and resting on the last, no detail is ever overlooked. The quality of Italian craftsmanship is unmistakable.
Hand-finished stitching can be found throughout every part of the shoe, from the toe and heel counter to the premium leathers, which are dyed by hand once the shoe has been assembled. Even the ultra-light tanning process is carried out entirely in Italy.
The expertise of artisans shaped by generations of tradition is equally undeniable. Quality, from beginning to end.
Pantofola d’Oro considers its people to be its greatest asset. Nothing is more important than the experience of our artisans, the skill of their hands and their knowledge of the craft.
This is the heritage of Pantofola d’Oro, passed down through the decades from one generation to the next.
